Re: Preventing language change
What things might a community do to try and prevent their language from changing at all? It needs some competent and respected authority/-ies what tries how nowadays spoken use could fit with historical documents. I.e. thats why for Esperanto conlang PMEG exists. PMEG is attempt to bring spoken lan...

Re: Lidepla conlang
Yes, then why esra speaks that much about E-o though esra wants to promote Lidepla conlang? Well, I don't see problem to mix several conlang culture. Should I exclude friends I made at Esperantujo, should I exclude them just for IAL-ish competition? No. I won't. Anyway, what E-o (youth) community ca...

Re: Lidepla conlang
In my opinion thats example of what most IAL-ishness some conlang can archieve nowadays: LPG : "... Afterwards we started to play in Esperanto * - what is even more smaller language than the Svedish and promoted - we got appreciation across the whole world. ..." Usage of some conlang can g...

Re: Lidepla conlang
I know these lectures (YT recommendations). Most interesting I found that reasonable idealist term. Coating some conlang IAL-ish, that doesn't motivate me to learn and use some conlang. Participation at some E-o events did immunize me against that kind of promotion. Same with reasoning of Lingua fra...

Re: Lidepla conlang
Hhm. Some kind of invitation I would say. Well, let me try to explain. I.e. I very much like this sentence due its pronouncation and content its convey: Scene 2 Runa : Me ga bu yao-te kritiki yu. = I shouldn't had like criticise you (?). Its not that easy to translate into German. Maybe: Ich sollte ...

Re: Lidepla conlang
What did you have in mind? I moderate /r/LingwaDePlaneta on Reddit. I.e. if I got it right then naturalistic Lidepla was "compiled"/constructed to be spoken with ease, not mainly to aspect most nice in reading. It contains lot of Azian language vocabulary originaly "developed" u...

Re: Lidepla conlang
Perhaps you can post some good references you have found about Lidepla and tell us why you feel it is so emotionally satisfying comparing it to the esperanto and interlingua. Well, in my opinion some conlang itself should motivate to produce well sounding pronouncation. Thats why I prefer Lidepla o...

Lidepla conlang
Hey/ Namastee, my conlang biography is Esperanto : Interlingua : Lidepla . Most related in emotion I feel with Lidepla conlang. Because I didn't find any video what shows somebody Lidepla speaking with help of Dimitry and Anastasia I made Lidepla dubbed video one. Would be nice to discuss about Lide...
