Re: Collab-Conlang
I'm interested in a collab. I'm perfectionist and didn't created any conlangs because of that. I have conlangs projects moving in my head but they never go out because I think they are too bad to be done.

Re: Constructed script challenge
Then show how English would be written with a syllabic script. I agree with you but a word like "Structure" is (C)(C)(C)(V)(C)(C)(V)

Re: Constructed script challenge
Because English has a complex syllable structure so alphabet is the best kind of writing for it.

Re: Constructed script challenge
It's only one possibility, you can create an abugida, a syllabary or an alphabet. But I think an alphabet is better for English.

Re: Constructed script challenge
Writing with Hangul is too easy, only if you know Hangul. we could do the same thing with the tibetan alphabet. The change here is to take the Chinese writing which is ideographic and make an alphabet that looks like the Chinese characters with it. like this? http://i587.photobucket.com/albums/ss31...

Writing with Hangul is too easy, we could do the same thing with the tibetan alphabet. The change here is to take the Chinese writing which is ideographic and make an ...

Re: Constructed script challenge
What I meant is that we could put words written in bopomofo in squares syllable by syllable so liberty would have 3 blocks instead of 6.

Re: Constructed script challenge

Re: Constructed script challenge
No, I'm making my own script following the principles I said upper, what I want here is to see what can the other do. I'll show you my conscript before the first of september. My only objective here is to share creativity between conlangers.

Re: Constructed script challenge
Yes, I already have my idea(doing a mix of kanji and hiragana), but I would like to see what the others can do.
