Re: What did you accomplish today?
Aided by a creative outburst while I was listening to some music, I drew the (near-)perfect picture for my Conlang Cards this year.
The only thing I have to do is to exchange some buildings and add some text (and re-draw it in ink).

Oh, Sangi's is definitely neater than mine! I freely admit that. As a matter of fact, a drunk chicken dragging a duck and two egrets behind it could scrawl neater than me! Don't say the note I received with your card last year isn't in your usual handwriting...? That said, this for me is neat penma...

Ich wollte mir für 2018 eigentlich einen neuen Avatar zeichnen (ok, ok, er wird zu 90% abgepaust sein, weil ich nicht gut zeichnen kann – Beweis genug ist mein jetziger Rodentèrraner-Avatar – dafür könnte man nich mit dem neuen Avatar aber auch auf der Straße erkennen). Ooh, ich will mitmachen im Ex...

Pen menge parmisa, papo! Pen menge ko phures tsires. Erzähl' uns eine Geschichte , Opa! Erzähl' uns über die alte Zeit. Tell us a story, grandpappa! Tell us about the old time. I sketched some shitty symbol for the medical guild in my fantasy-conworld, Úrageard.
Nothing special.

Wow, the current redesign of the CBB is very much screaming “21st-century minimalism”.
I like it (except that everything in the post editing screen is sort of mirrored).
Now it's perfect – please don't change the colour scheme anymore!

Re: RIP cursive handwriting..
I was taught cursive in grade 2 ( Vereinfachte Ausgangsschrift ), but my usual handwriting continues to be terrible to this day. Two years later, I received a small book on improving one's handwriting and the look of one's schoolwork: Inside were a few different scripts, and I soon learned to read a...

I translated this song into the early South-Western dialect of Middle English (from a ca. 1250s London dialect). I erased all references to Christianity if this translation ever were to be used in a special context (Fantasy-RPGs) and a German translation is on its way.

Some folks wanted to see the cards I had made in another thread... so I worked on an entire new rank for one of them and then compiled an image showing a good deal of them so that folks can see what they look like … This is some impressive work. Re: (L&N) Q&A Thread - Quick questions go here
1. Modern English still contains words starting < wr >, often homophonous with words starting < r >. wrack/rack, wrap/rap, wrath/rath; wreck/reck, wrest/rest; wright/right, write/rite; wrote/rote; are just some examples. I understand this reflects an originally phonemic (-etic? I think it's -emic?)...

Re: What did you accomplish today?
I had an idea for the health care system in the Ladroman Republic.
One thing may be said: If the state-provided services aren't enough, one can buy additional modules, specific to one's needs, from semi-private insurance companies.
This is a literal shower-thought.

f) Vocative
(If I may, I propose this order: Voc: (is dropped), Abl: -> Acc, Gen: -> Dat, Nom: -> Abl-Acc)
