Interestingly, girl in Taiwanese is pronounced 查某 [tsa'bo], while boy is 查埔 [tsa'po], very difficult to distinguish.

購買 is mostly used in more formal contexts to mean purchase/buy. 買 is sufficient.
Modifiers go before the noun-since 关于中国字符 is modifying 'book', 书 should go at the end.
