If anyone could do a French guide that'd be great! Or if you don't want to do a guide just a French Q&A? I'd do an English one but I think it's probably pointless, for obvious reasons.

I was wondering if anyone can do a quick guide to economics, particularly as it pertains to conworlding. Economics, for some reason, is one of the few social sciences I just cannot understand (maybe because it's one of the hardest social sciences?), and it's always a bit of a pain trying to understand my conworld in the context of economics.

Krov will probably fiercely reject, but I'll see what I can do.

Sure. Although I doubt I'd have much time to do more than just look over it.

Same, though I'm more interested in things like the verbs-as-names thing.

That too. North American native langs (outside the Uto-Aztecan group) are so juicy and overflowing with interesting features

Just as long as you're aware native speakers will think you're making a mistake.

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/nap#Etymology_4

It's proper, though older

It says obsolete. That's worse than archaic.

obs, obsolete — No longer in use, and no longer likely to be understood. Obsolete is a stronger term than archaic, and a much stronger term than dated.

I might be interested too. I've been thinking about it for a while, but I lack the discipline to study alone. You'll have to be a fierce teacher, Rickard.

Wait... I thought you were only planning to kill me? Oh well.

Let me know if you'll write some lessons, Rickard. If you're gonna provide IPA or X-SAMPA, I would prefer IPA ;-).

And you were complaining about my Swedish. :P
Even if I don't do much hard studying, I've stuck with it!

Bah, so?
I know you'll threaten me with the RP Discussions page, so let's just drop it.

Are you looking for anything specific in terms of a guide? Phonology? Morphology? Dialectal differences? Quirks?
