-------- ○ Being able to speak 2 languages (English excluded) with a high degree of fluency. The languages should not be mutually intelligible, and you must also have used the languages in question somewhere on the forum.

► I'm looking into making some more changes to the other Standard ranks, to make them slightly easier to obtain. Suggestions are welcome in the Forum News Discussion/feedback thread.
