Sortof? Walman (Papua New Guinea) has a conjunction that inflects with the same subject and object agreement affixes as verbs, but (IIRC) not for tense, aspect, or mood.
My pronouns are <xe> [ziː] / <xym> [zɪm] / <xys> [zɪz]

Walman was what I was thinking, thanks! I don't know the specifics but from the article it doesn't seem that normal verbs inflect for TAM either, although I only skimmed it.
