You are admittedly new(ish) to conlanging and have created a nonstandard system.
It is better for beginners to use the standard for a few reasons:
1. It is used by the majority of forum users and professionals. (Unlike 'HPA' which is used only by you.)
2. There is a lot more support for learning the standard. (As far as I know 'HPA' has none. It is just a list of symbols.)
3. If everyone starts using whatever system they make up it will be even more confusing to learn.

If you want to pimp your system, do so in the thread for it, not in a thread for helping new conlangers. But you have yet to cultivate any real support for 'HPA' so I wouldn't get too excited.

point taken he can atleast use both... but IPA primarily

You can, at least, use some punctuation.

How do you delete letters on the downloads? I don't see an option for editing it

What I did was I went to Wikipedia and borrowed their templates, creating my own tables in MS Word or whatever I was using.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:I ... nant_chart
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:IPA_vowel_chart

Granted, you have to know a little about phonetics in order to create the charts for inventories. For instance, you should know the difference between the alveolar plosive /k/ and the palatal plosive /c/. Thankfully, if you refer to the chart on Wikipedia, you should be fine as long as you know what symbols correspond to what sounds.

I usually access CBB from my (rather aged) Macbook. When I need to type IPA characters, I just open the character viewer (by selecting "Show Character Viewer" from the international menu). There I can easily access any IPA symbol (and lots of other symbols too).
