It detected
Quote:
Qhasas alohab nn shimac u nn qarat.

as Danish. (while I was typeing, it went through Vietnamese, English, Italian, Czech, and finall Danish.)

It (obviously) detected it as Hebrew when I used a Hebrew orthography.
עַסַס אַלֹהַבּ נּ שִמקּ אֻ נּ עַּרַתּ

It detected
Quote:
Ka dikoba totereth epikoam khen ka dikoam khen.
Ka kikhor kinobat ektranatam bikao methge Thinaru. Dhobat kitop.
Ka dikobatuthi, "Kinoca, barocao tulbo, ka altrocat trakho." Ka phrorat tulbo petrao ka chamar margamakho.

as Basque.

and when I put in
Quote:
Kal khen epikan kal dikan khen tal elesam kaghu`~.
Kal kiakholal eklalantak leghetu`~ bikaz mesalgak Sinarag, kal zu`~ kiatopan.
Kal diku`~o'`~ [Kinoao~, tulbim baloao~, kal tlakhen atlu~.] Kal tulbin petliz kal ghaman malgamaz folo`~.

it said "We are not yet able to translate from Sundanese into English."

and when I put in
Quote:
plUng hwE
sEng hwEngork [f]mI Ung [f]mO Upf plUsh.

it says "We are not yet able to translate from Breton into English."

It tells me that Alel is Portuguese and/or Maltese.

It tells me that Kala is Vietnamese/Malay/Filipino depending on which sample I use.

Swedish, and then Portuguese.

I think Portuguese might just be the default for any lang written with the latin alphabet that isn't recognizable.

The bloody thing often detects my conlang as 'English detected'.
Once, it returned a message saying 'We are not yet able to translate from Latin to English'!

That made me crack up like WTF, because my conlang has basic latin derivatives and the program didn't recognise it in all that time... stupid program!

I entered the snippet:

Málkut safarástu vilsi wal?
Ali śtilt alujamberlofis yuniyufis pifcisufis prawátaŋu sul mit dosta.
Ral...safalástu vilsi wal, gal nit?
Alan triktin rirrátku vilmi, yag alse śtilti mi dístu vilmi. Nu alan śtiltin alujamberlofis yuniyufis pifcisufis masátku vilmi.

And got Croatian. It cycled through English, Danish, and Indonesian while typing.
At least it got 3/4 Indo-European languages, which my conlang is.

O mvaha ngangapázoy, “Buru maing mai ogihu, kway o zenúd ngangapráz ongapung ptiaseieming.” buc." is apparently French (because of that measly "si"). Else it's Malay.

English, polish, danish, french, italian, spanish, Romanian. It's in the right ballpark of what it's based off suprisingly.
I did this:
Oulruuts litdou rouma
All roads lead to Rome

Fedrelar: "Libronehl abenezhon kim nengobedehn kam podemlengarm abathre enrungugok enkethebos." Google switches between German and Albanian, but more Albanian.

"The father teaches the son who does not obey with the rod of correction at night in the house." Literally, "is-teaching ACC-son [he-not-continuously-obeys] INSTR-"rod of correction" NOM-father LOC-night LOC-house." I am hoping to get more info up soon, but it's an agglutinating language. There is no equivalent of the English /h/, so that character always modifies the sound it comes after. "eh" is open mid-central, "zh" is voiced postalveolar fricative, "ng" is nasal velar, "dh" is voiced dental fricative, "th" is unvoiced dental fricative. (I haven't gotten the hang of using unicode just yet, nor have I turned the script into something I can put online.)

Gvirat: Vrat ki Zijo ja. Vat tso tsvat jo dizmi tikhi, jivem lji krikhi ti. Gvirat sva khrja ti.

Switched back and forth between Serbian and Croatian before settling on Croatian. Pretty good guess over all since I based the phonology off Russian.

Just because I'm bored and simply wanted to bring a thread back, I entered this:
'Tšṙéə! Djo, pek ŭa ko?', which means 'Hi! How are you?'. Came out as Turkish, which is unsurprising really, seeing as though it looks a bit like Turkish.

Silly Cereal! That would be I azl all day. The -az is the absolutive-definite-inanimate marker.

Zo azlar OR ezazlar.
