I just remembered the conlang in this book. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that library.

The book is A View from the Year 3000, listing the 100 most influential people in history as someone in A.D. 3000 would rank them.

It was written by Michael H. Hart, a man who wrote a book several years earlier that ranked the 100 most important people in history. This is what he speculated the list would look like a thousand years later. He presents it as written by Arturo Kukeni, a descendant of himself living in the year 3000.

SAGE is a kind of auxlang/knowledge representation language that allows machines to translate perfectly from one language to another.

Unfortunately, it's been so long since I read the book that I no longer remember what "SAGE" stands for.
