Does your conlang distinguish them or merge them?
In Alife, they are distinct.
In Arroe, they are merged.
What about your conlangs?
Reflexives and reciprocals
Re: Reflexives and reciprocals
I don't ever merge them.
Re: Reflexives and reciprocals
My late conlang Kådir had a reflexive prefix that expressed reflexive with the singular subjects and resiprocal with the plural subjects.
Then it had a distributive suffix that normally expressed distributive subjects, but, in company with the reflexive suffix and a plural subject, it expressed reflexive.
We love us = reciprocal
We love us separately = reflexive

Re: Reflexives and reciprocals
Yes. Adari posesses a dedicated reciporical marker:
"Suetu cuistot."
[1.PL-ACC know-1.PL.IN]
"We know ourselves."
"Suetu cuistot na."
[1.PL-ACC know-1.PL.IN RECIP]
"We know each other."
Interestingly, when used with two nouns, it goes in between, taking the place of "and":
"Nasixo na Emint cuistast."
("Nashicho and Emint know each other")
"Suetu cuistot."
