I recently saw a German movie called Einsamkeit und Sex und Mitleid (≈ Loneliness and Sex and Pity/Sympathy). I liked it. I also like Donnie Darko, Amélie, Lola rennt (Run Lola Run), The Jacket, The Fountain, but those are all a bit old.

I though it was decent. I never cared much about the original (was more into Transformers as a kid than Disney) but I really wanted to see something silly and lighthearted after that deadline passed.

I found the pacing a bit off/rushed. Acting was decent, CGI wasn't jarring. Overall, not bad at all.
(Leagues better than the live-action Transformers, at least, which breaks middle-school-me's heart.)

The Be Our Guest sequence was great fun, The Mob Song was excellent (though that's always been the only song from Beauty and the Beast I actually liked, and I prefer the extended version on the soundtrack/deleted scene), Evermore was a lovely addition, and I have very mixed feelings about the attempt at LGBT representation. (On the one hand, finally. Thank you, Disney. Took you long enough. On the other hand, it could have been done so very much better.)
(And alas, no, not a . . The unholy linguistic offspring of a few unhappy speakers of Old High who clung desperately and ineffectively to fragments of their lexicon in the face of assimilation by a priori -speaking denizens of hell.)
