2. Backstory
You know Teles, I hope.
So this is made to be a proto-language for this small piece of land:
Spoken by humans?
Of course it is!

Project Moldavite
2. Allophony and tone
In Proto-Moldavite, there's no other allophony than the cluster one - which is simple:
In consonant clusters, there is only one phoneme /ʃ/, which is realized as [ʂ] before retroflex consonants, and as [ɕ] before velar consonants.
No other allophony is present.
Tone:
There are 4 phonemic tones (I added them today), which are:
/a˥ a˩ a˩˥ a˥˩/.
The words and dumbers are now:
/kʰai/ 1
/ʈʲʰiɛ˥/ 2

Just a question, have you planned out your spread from the tiny peninsula? Do you have some maps, or GIF's

The entire family (so Kuruk) , like this
Also. I've shared what I have on Akuriga, with you. I know, it's extremely simple, but try and make it more complex.

Two phonologies of related languages:
L1
/t d k/
/m n ɲ ŋ/
/β ɣ/
/r ɺ ɺʲ/
/i e a o u ə/
L2
/t ʦ d k/
/m n ɲ ŋ/
/ɣ h/
/r l/
/i e ɑ ɒ ɔ u ə/
and the phonology of their protolanguage, abbreviated PL:
/b t d ʦ ʣ k g/
/m n ɲ ŋ/
/β h/
/r/
/ɺ ʎ̆/
/l ʎ/
/i e ɛ æ ɑ ɒ ɔ o ə ɨ u/
Correspondences:
PL /b/ > L1 /β/, L2 /h/
PL /h/ > L1,L2 /ɣ/
PL /ts/ > L1 /t/, L2 /ts/
to be finished

Are you putting these in the romanization game?

Some of your sounds changes look really interesting, especially the part where tone changes based on the vowel of the syllable the tone is part of.
On the other hand, I'm a little confused about the way tone works in Proto-Kangthang and all the other languages. Some syllables don't seem to have tone, but it doesn't seem conditioned by accent or anything. Would you mind explaining how it all works? I'm also curious about when the different branches are spoken and where. Thanks!
