Oh, yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm familiar with what you're talking about. It's called Jovian. For anyone who's interested:

Update on my old list; Only more wacquier
  • Sardinian~Berber creole, unaffected by Arabic
  • Modern Arcadocypriot descendant (probably entirely Cypriot
  • Arcadocypriot~Arabic creole
  • Arcadocypriot~Sardinian creole
  • Francesque Latin descendant (think Silvish, (PS: I love it, Dormouse))
  • Anglo-Frisian language affected by Sardinian
  • Future English, except more seriously focused on grammatical changes
  • A Diachronic Austroasiatic language (with a focus on derivation and loaning)
  • A more North American language
  • Transuniversal creole of Sardinian, Berber, Arcadocypriot, Akuriga, Diśaśta, and maybe Sanskrit
  • Future Guanche
  • Byznomance; Koine Greek Romancified
  • Something Tibetic?
  • Something Sinitic?
  • Paleosiberian creole
  • Another future English; this time based off of realistic known vowel mutations
  • PIE Cen-Tem
  • PIE subfamily descendants
  • (N)Tai-Mon Creole.
  • Indo-Aryan Tasmanian creole
  • Andamese condescendant
  • Austroasiatic condescendant
  • Condescendant of Pseudo-Latin.

OK, to update my old list:

- A language with a phonology resembling those of the PNW, possibly with something approaching triconsonantal-root-morphology
- A language with a very restricted set of verb roots (with maybe a few other features from Australian Aboriginal languages)
- A language inspired by Ryukyuan with a small phoneme inventory and lots of dependent verbs and switch-reference (with the eventual intention of putting it out as a collaborative daughterlang project someday)

Currently in development:

- An Algonquian a-posteriori language spoken in Montana (watch development here: I need to post about animate-intransitive inflection soon

Adding to my growing list of a posteriori ideas, yesterday I got the urge to make a Celtic language spoken on a fictional island in the Bay of Biscay.

I'd like to see a modern Hellenolang/Greeklang. Not to many of those, that is.

I'd like to see these:
1. Arcadocypriot descendant with Armenian substrate (Cilician Greek?)
2. Arcadocypriot descendant with Syriac superstrate & Arabic substrate (Maronite Greek?)
3. Neapolitan & Sicilian Byzmance, Medieval Greek Romancified with Langobard/Norman/Arabic vocab
4. maybe Crimean Gothic-Turkic creole

As for me:
1. Mascarene Malayo-Polynesian (unsure which branch)
2. Azorean/Madeiran Visigothic (is this plausible?)
3. Neo-Gallaecian (Insular Celtic with Ibero-Romance sound changes)
4. Gallo-Romancified Basque
Lostlang plans: Oghur Turkic, Gallaecian Celtic, Palaeo-Balkanic

I have ever thought of a language where there are no personal pronouns and every speaker uses their names as pronouns instead, somewhat like some styles of Japanese.

Besides Town Speech/Urban Basanawa, I have ideas of a posteriori languages heavily influenced by a priori(Western Ketzer, a Tungusic language heavily influenced by Lonmai Luna); a priori heavily influenced by a posteriori(Lingua Lucali, an a priori heavily influenced by Latin and Romance, and Bet, a diachronic language from an a priori heavily influenced by Slavic)...
I prefer to not be referred to with masculine pronouns and nouns such as “he/him/his”.

How about a musical polysynthetic logical language?

I'm currently typing this on a phone so I can't write it out but what about the consonants of Ubykh with the vowels of Danish and a non phonemic writing system like French.

You know I think I somehow always knew that masochistic conlanging might be a thing. [xP]

How is English's grammar confusing? Unless you're speaking subjectively?

I think you might be confusing English's orthography with its grammar.

If you're doing Ubykh with Danish vowels, make it isolating and devise a logography where each stroke is a variant of the letter U.

A philosophical language with no grammar words or pronouns--instead, it is done in declension.

Not quite.
What I'm saying, is use a bunch of cases, and put pronouns (or at least nominitive pronouns) into the verb.
