I have my conlang, Snafu, where it has the nasal series [m mʷ n ŋ ŋʷ].
I want to derive the whole labialized series from an earlier version, where the series did not exist until whatever spawned it. The orthography is <Co>. The original phonology only had [m n] as nasals; did not have [ŋ], where is derived from an earlier [nʷ]. Its orthography is <no>. AND the [ŋʷ] came from a probable prenasalized [w] (orthographically <mhr>).
Is this possible?
To boot, all of the labialized series delabializes before . This would insist that the sequences [ŋu ŋo] would become [nu no], but they stay fortified as [ŋu ŋo]. The same is the case for [ŋʷ], so [ŋu ŋo].

Quite reasonable, in fact.DV82LECM wrote:I have my conlang, Snafu, where is has the nasal series [m mʷ n ŋ ŋʷ].
