I am trying to create a CVC conlang where each phoneme has a meaning. If we call the structure ABC, there needs to be 10 phonemes for A, 10 phonemes for B, and 10 phonemes for C. Then, I can create a (procedural) 1000 root system, from which I can say anything with basic roots. I do this, because I have difficulty maintaining conlangs: if I make it as simple as possible, I will not need to do much
I believe my phonemes will be:
A: p b t d k g ʙ ʙ̥ r r̥ j w
B: a e i o u æ ɔ ə ai ei
C: p b t d k g s z m n
Since these will be the only used, I won't bog myself with a complex orthography, and just use the numbers 1-10, 10 as X, ( in the phoneme order shown) ex. ban = 21X. As per OTʜᴇB's suggestion, 0 may be used in place of X.

Voiceless /ʙ/. I will update the post for clarity.
Re: Project ᴏᴍɴɪ
Sounds like a clever system. If I'm understanding this correctly in that each ABC set is a root, then you have 1000 roots, not 100. Also, have you considered using 0 for the 10th item? Makes it easy to type on a numpad.
Re: Project ᴏᴍɴɪ
Good idea. Could also start with 0 (although it doesn't matter much). 210 vs 109.Have you considered using 0 for the 10th item? Makes it easy to type on a numpad.

Hmm, maths isn’t your forte, is it?
Try running that through a calculator.
