What about Wales? Is Wales a part of the Kingdom of Britain then? I thought we voted to keep it separate? Is it a vassal state ruled by Norman? What happened to second Danish conquest? Is that relevant somehow?

The French reflex of Britannica is Bretagne, which suggests a geminate, otherwise the t would have lost out. The English name was taken from French and then (incorrectly) Latinized.

The correct reflex should be *brittaniotis

Wales and Britain are separate kingdoms. Neither is a vassal of the other. After the Norman conquest, Dygnunia, formerly ruled by the Danes, was united with Lundein under a single Norman-controlled kingdom (Britain).

There was a tie for both of these questions. The tie will be broken using random.org, as it has been in this thread before. To decide, a will be set as 1, and b will be set as 2. Here are the results.

81) Will word-final back vowels be dropped as they were in Middle English?
a) Yes, but the vowels will not be written. (Old English scipu > Middle English ship~schip)

83) Will the phonemes /θ ð/ be retained?
b) No. /θ ð/ > /d/

-

80) Who should be the next King of Britain?
c) Succession dispute lasting several years. The dispute will be between Guilliam, Enri, and Peder.

82) What will happen to the vowel /ɛ/?
d) /ɛ/ > /ea/ (Proposed by IEPH)

-

84) Who will be the next king of Britain?
a) Guilliam, the third son of Guilliam I.
b) Enri, the fourth son of Guilliam I.
c) Peder, the 40-year-old son of the last British king of Lundein, Peder de Goduin.
d) Other.

85) What sound changes would you like to see in Middle Brettaniot?
a) /oi eu ei ou ea/ → /we jo je wo ja/ (Proposed by this_is_an_account)
Your proposals will be listed here as answer choices so they can be voted on.

86) What changes in grammar would you like to see in Middle Brettaniot?
a) Leveling of declensions and/or conjugations. (Proposed by this_is_an_account)
Your proposals will be listed here as answer choices so they can be voted on.

Edit: Changed my answer for 85 to shimobaatar's suggestion
84: A
85: /oi eu ei ou ea/ → /we jo je wo ja/
86: leveling of declensions and/or conjugations might be interesting.
