gotta make a new attempt of collaborative a priori lang.

Below are the votes:

1) size of consonant inventories?
a. small(14 consonants or less)
b. moderately small(15-18 consonants)
c. average(19-25 consonants)
d. moderately large(26-33 consonants)
e. large(34 consonants or more)

2) size of vowel inventories?
a. small(4 vowels or less)
b. average(5 or 6 vowels)
c. large(7 vowels or more)

3) Voicing in Plosives and Fricatives
a. No voicing constrast
b. In plosives alone
c. In fricatives alone
d. In both plosives and fricatives

4) Should we have uvulars?
a. None
b. Uvular stops only
c. Uvular continuants only
d. Uvular stops and continuants

5) Should we have glottalized consonants?

a. No glottalized consonants
b. Ejectives onl
c. Implosives only
d. Glottalized resonants only
e. Ejectives and implosives
f. Ejectives and glottalized resonants
g. Implosives and glottalized resonants
h. Ejectives, implosives, and glottalized resonants

6) What should we do about lateral consonants?

a. No laterals
b. /l/, no obstruent laterals

I prefer to not be referred to with masculine pronouns and nouns such as “he/him/his”.

it is counted as b.

(it should, essentially, be the proto-language. we will introduce rules such that it shall have an underlying structure reflecting a more regular earlier stage, discernible through internal reconstruction, and a surface structure reflecting its present-day stage.)
