Yes to /ɬ/.
We could do /i ɨ u e ɛ ɜ a/ vowel wise and have /ɨ ɜ/ be 'weak' vowels that can't cooccur with other non-weak vowels? We could have the rhoticization as allophonic before /r/?Although I really liked some of the vowels we had in the last one as well. Mostly /3`/
How about words being mono- or di syllabic with an optional word-final coda: CV(CV)(C), with the coda's being limited to something similar the limit's you've placed, adding /r/.Also, word structure? For now I say CV(C) maybe? Or even CV(n,m,nh,mh,t,k,lh) and retain our /s/ -> /t/ at the end?
This leaves us with a hypothetical inventory of:
/m m̥ n̥ n (p) t k tθ s ɬ ʃ h j l r/
I've made the voiceless nasals phonemic because if we're doing one consonant codas and having them there, they need to be single phonemes. It's a little strange still, we might wanna fill in a gap or two.
