The closest English analog of that would be 'i didn't see a thing'

I'm going to throw in some descendants too because i want to develop them.

Vanga wouldn't really use anything corresponding to 'anything' or 'nothing', but put it quite simply:

yaumı
j<ə>p-ь-ʲə=m=Ø-ʲə
see<NEUT>-NVL-1=NEG=AUX-1

For more of the emphasis or forcefulness implied by the original English sentence of this TC, just a bit of reduplication:

yaumı yaumı!

There are actually two ways to say this, both of which are correct and standardized.

The first one has an archaic nuance to it and is generally reserved for formal speech.

Sebüs seẓèn sa.
se-bü-s seẓèn-∅ sa
NEG-see-IND.INCH.PST nothing-ABS.SG 1SG.ERG
/se.'bys 'se.ʐɪn sa/
I didn't see nothing.

The second one has an informal nuance to it, but it can be used in any register.

Sebüs sevi on sa.
se-bü-s sevi on-∅ sa
NEG-see-IND.INCH.PST none thing-ABS.SG 1SG.ERG
/se.'bys 'se.βi on sa/
I didn't see not one thing.
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.

Bhú leshila náglig/echuns!
NEG see-1S.PST.IND something|horse
I didn't see anything!

Using echuns instead of náglig is more common in casual speech, though some older speakers may find it offensive, like a mild swear.

Are there any languages that are strict about distinguishing the senses "I see nothing [visibility is severely limited, there might be sth around but I wouldn't see it anyway]" and "I see nothing [I'm positive nothing relevant is present in the relevant area=I can see the absence]". 'Cause I find the frequent ambiguity between the two readings in the languages I know rather annoying. I'm thinking about separating these lexically or syntactically in a conlang of mine.
if you can't decline it or conjugate it, piss on it.

I imagine it's unlikely, since there are likely very few situations where context would not make the meaning quite clear.

Well, if you really need to distinguish them, you can specifically talk about seeing that something is not there or not being able to see if something is there...
