This sentence is a bit awkward as the existential copula is used far too often. [:S] Maybe I’ll find a better, a more elegant and poetic way to translate it later. Any suggestions? [:)]
Sıáovı ‘question’ is transparently derived from sıáo ‘ask’ and the patientive nominaliser ·ı, which morphs into ·vı after a syllable nucleus which it can’t coalesce into a diphthong with.

    I ra no ı, ı sıáovı.
    [ɪ‿ɽa ‖ nɵɪ̯ ‖ ıˈɕɪ̯áʊ̯βı]
    EXIST or NEG=EXIST, EXIST=ask·PAT
To be or not to be, that’s the question.
