Mabejoamelurdi?
[ˈmabɛʒɔamɛˌluɾdi]
mabe-jo-amel-urdi
name-IND.POL-2SG.NOM-what
That's outdated. -urdi was an interrogative pronoun intended to ask for the verb's accusative argument. Now it doesn't exist. This cannot be asked by using questions now. Precatives must be used:

Lamno mejabeamel.
[ˈlamnɔ ˈmɛʒabɛˌamɛl]
lam-no m<ej>abe-amel
say-PREC.POL <INF>name-2SG.NOM
Tell (me) you are_named (what).

Note: Verb mabe's structure is "S is named O".

Or:

Mabeorunubamdo lamno.
[ˈmabɛɔɾunuˌbamdɔ ˈlamnɔ]
mabeorun-u-bam-do lam-no
name-SG.DEF.NEUT-2.POSS-TOP say-PREC.POL
(About) your-name tell (me).

Mabejoabil Nimemthalaber.
[ˈmabɛʒɔˌabil ˈnimɛmðaˌlabɛɾ]
mabe-jo-abil nimem-thalaber
is_named-IND.POL-1SG.NOM flower-beautiful-[ACC]

Or:
Nimemthalaber.
[ˈnimɛmðaˌlabɛɾ]
nimem-thalaber
[my name is] flower-beautiful
This is still correct. Nimemthalaber Beautiful Flower is a proper name, thus it's not inflected.

[ˈizauaˌzɔmdɔ ˈmiɛɾʒɔˌuɾdi]
iza-u-azom-do mier-jo-urdi

Outdated too and for the same reason as before.

Izauazomdo lamno mejier.
[ˈizauaˌzɔmdɔ ˈlamnɔ ˈmɛʒiɛɾ]
iza-u-azom-do lam-no m<ej>ier
thing-SG.DEF.NEUT-that-[PAT]-TOP say-PREC.POL <INF>is_called

[ˈgiaːzamaɛɾˌmɔɾdɔ ˈmiɛɾʒɔ]

Or:
Giāzamaermor.
[ˈgiaːzamaɛɾˌmɔɾ]

This one is still correct.

I have only translated the first two sentences as I'm not sure yet whether I'll deal with inanimate objects in the same way.

Slightly formal:

Gottı̨́ íínaṣaı?
[ŋʷɔttʰɤ̝ he̝ːnaʂaɪ̯]
got-tı̨́ ín<V_a>-ṣa-k
what-QUOT call<IPFV>-PASS-2s

What is your name?

Tóṣa íínaṣanug.
[tʰɔʂa he̝ːnaʂanʷo̝ŋ]
Tóṣa ín<V_a>-ṣa-nug
Flower call<IPFV>-PASS-1s

My name is Flower.

Informal:

Gottı̨́ íínayattłarxe?
[ŋʷɔttʰɤ̝ he̝ːnajɑtt͡ɬaɻxɛ]
got-tı̨́ ín<V_a>-kat-tła-r>ke
what-QUOT call<IPFV>-go_around-INTENS-3p>2s

What do people call you?

Tóṣa íínayattłarkgoan.
[tʰɔʂa he̝ːnajɑtt͡ɬaɻk͡ŋ̊ʷɑn]
Tóṣa ín<V_a>-kat-tła-r>goan
Flower call<IPFV>-go_around-INTENS-3p>1s

My name is Flower.

Tsar se þar çette "scouo"
/t͡sar sɛ θar sɛ.tɛ ʂwo/

The forms with the noun that means name (uncommon):
Qu'a tî nîmí?
/ka tɪ nɪmaɪ/

Mix́ nîmí a Bella Fleux
/miχ nɪmaɪ a bɛ.la flø/

Qu'a la nîmi de ca koso?
/ka la nɪmaɪ dɛ sa ko.so/

La nîmi de tsar a çette "scouo"

Simkä nyɛ?

What's your name?

Yün sim nyɛ Zundɔflora.
1SG.POSS name EQUAL pretty-flower
My name is Beautiful Flower.

Simkä nyɛ la?
name-Q EQUAL 3SG.DIST
What's that thing called?

Sim nyɛ päswaɛr.
name EQUAL colander
It's called a "colander".

Zundɔflora is composed of the native zundɔ "pretty, beautiful" and the borrowed flora, which refers to Earth-species of flowers, rather than gachran plant-equivalents.

"Päswaɛr" is borrowed from a descendant of Québec French, since the gachro don't have the exact same kind of utensil.
