I don't have a word for colander, and I'm not sure whether to add it to the lexicon...

How do you distinguish between familiar and formal when glossing?
Edit: Glossed formal pronouns and fixed the sentence order.

I think FORM and FAM would work.

I added a suffix for interrogative mood instead of using particles or different word order to express questions, since the writing system has no punctuation and therefore no question mark.

The IPA is for Yseogatjak pronunciation. Djozanitjak speakers pronounce <kh> as [kʷ] instead of [kʰ], and the consonants [p b t d k g f v s z l] palatalize to [pʲ bʲ tʃ dʒ ç ʝ fʲ vʲ ʃ ʒ ʎ] before the vowels [i y ɪ ɨ u]. Ljavelitjak speakers pronounce <k> as [x] instead of [k], <g> as [ɣ] instead of [g], and <ae> as [ɛ] instead of [æ].

Djozanitjak dialect
si'eufkuv ljes jas oŋames
be-INT 2SG.NOM what.ADJ-ACC person-ACC
[si.ˈuf.kəv ʎe ʃa ˈso.ŋa.mes]

Ysoegatjak and Ljavelitjak dialects
si'eufkuv ljes jues
be-INT 2SG.NOM what-ACC
[si.ˈuf.kəv ʎe ʃys]

khaneŋ tje b aroda tilku
name 1SG.NOM REFL.ACC beautiful-NOM flower-NOM
[ˈkʰa.neŋ tʃe ba.ˈɹo.da ˈtil.kə]

si'eufekuv kjae jues | si'eufekuv je jues depending on the distance of the object from both the speaker and the listener
be.3SG-INT that.NOM what-ACC | be.3SG.INT that.AUG.NOM what-ACC
[si.u.ˈfe.kəv çæ jys | si.u.ˈfe.kə vʲe jys]

another, equally common expression
hy jue vetjelta'esj mae | hy jue jatjelta'esj mae depending on the distance of the object from both the speaker and the listener
exist.3SG what-NOM there-POST at | exist.3SG what-NOM there.AUG-POST
[hɨ jy ve.tʃel.ˈta.eʃ mæ | hɨ jy ja.tʃel.ˈta.eʃ mæ]

still no word for colander, substituted tool
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
