You're close, but it's used in a slightly different context.

I'm not sure how I'd define it in English but is it to 2 as zurest in German is to 1 by chance?

Nah, that's taking it too literally. If it helps, the English equivalents don't use "second", but sometimes "other".

I'll say close enough on this. вондодрама (ōdōðramɛ̄~vōdōðrama), from *andi-anþerammai, means "anyway, in any case; on the other hand".

You know, now that I think of it, this doesn't have to be just Germanic language. We could make it more extensive, like Latin derivations... even so.

Derived Learran: śatinësne /ʃa'zinəzne/

Derived Learran isn't Learran, but a daughterlang of Learran. This word is from proto-Germanic.

This is pretty tough, at least in my opinion, since it's a longer sentence… is it "I thought about the air and X the clouds X out of dogs and X"? "X" represents a word I don't have a guess for.
I wanted to take a knack at this:

I postulate that sent is derived from PrGm. *sinþaną "to go, wander," in that they travel the sky. I also think Loft is "sky" in this context, ols is "as," so the full meaning is:

"I thought about/over the Sky and how the Clouds wander/run/traverse/journey as Hounds and Falcons(?)."

Not sure about that very last word, but that's my guess since no one else's made many for it.
I like my languages how I like my women: grammatically complex with various moods and tenses, a thin line between nouns and verbs, and dozens upon dozens of possible conjugations for every single verb.

Makes sense to me. Hopefully Wario Toad 32 will weigh in at some point and either confirm or deny some of the things we've guessed.
