Introduction thread(s)
Re: Introduction thread(s)
Well, hi everyone!
Since ... well as far as I can remember, I've always been creating my conworld and it'll always been my priority. I do enjoy working on the conlangs that goes with it though!
Here's an example :
Kat'walwo sa lokolréa sa sakaya (Hello everyone, I'm happy to know you.)
Hope I will learn a lot from you all! :)

I'm a long-standing ZBB-er who's lurked here off and on for years. I've finally got around to joining you, so, um- “Hi!”
I've conlanged off and on since my early teens when, like so many, I came across the work of Tolkien and Zamenhof.

I remember reading your thread on dechticaetiative conlanging.

Thanks! You mention my dechticaetiative thread. Good to know people are actually reading this stuff!

Hello. I'd like to thank Aszev and then moderators for helping me into here. And everyone for their support of new members. I have conlanged since I was 6 years old. But I didn't know the IPA.

Hello, I'm GrandPiano! I'm kind of young - only 14 years old - but I've recently found an interest in conlanging, and I'm hoping that this board can help me with that. I have a decent knowledge of phonetics/phonology from browsing Wikipedia, which has proven to be a reliable source in this area. I also have an almost-complete understanding of the IPA (I sometimes have trouble remembering which sounds the letters for the radicals represent, especially ones that are based on the glottal stop letter, ʔ), and I know a small amount of X-SAMPA.

Ever so late, give me pardon! I joined the ZBB in August 2010 as Absolem then became Irma Grese, Lizzy Borden, and now Nannalu respectively. I'm still very active on both the CBB and ZBB (I post there more).
To answer your question, I can't necessarily remember what YUCOPia stood for and Etheria was just decided by the collaborative team as 'ethereal'

Welcome, folks!

Hello. I'm not really new to this site (I was here as Plague), but I just forgot my password and figured that I might as well just make a new profile.
Regardless, to those who don't know me (which is literally everyone but one here), I'm somewhat of a Gothic-reconstructionist-amateur, and in my spare time (which is weekends only, if at all, due to me being in the army) I dabble in the expansion Gothic and the creation of modern derivatives and whatnot.

Hi everyone. I am relatively new to conlanging but find it very fun.
I have recently registered on the zompist’s forum where I go by the same username.
I wasn’t planning on registering here, but I found some threads I want to participate in, so here I am.

Holas, and WELCOME aboard!
Re: Introduction thread(s)
Hello, I'm new to this site, but I have plenty of experience with conlanging and conworlding. It's my oldest hobby, I've been dealing with language construction practically throughout my entire life, except for the first three or four years. I wonder if I will find something for myself here too?
I consider myself a specialist on IPA, though I expect people here to have better knowledge about the transcription. I hope to learn a lot here.
