Hmm, I'm not sure. This isn't exactly what you're asking about, but according to Wikipedia, there doesn't appear to be an ejective, implosive, or otherwise glottalized counterpart to /q/ in Achi, which seemingly uses <qʼ> for /ʕ/ instead. I can't guarantee that this is accurate information, though, and even if it is, Wikipedia doesn't explicitly say that /ʕ/ in Achi necessarily corresponds to [qʼ~qˀ~ʛ̥~ʛ] in other Quichean languages.

I haven't seen /q'/ directly become [ʔ], but q' > ʕ > ʔ is definitely possible.
