"started to X" is 開始X

所以"I started reading this book" 是"我開始讀這本書"才對。

起來 is used mostly with stative verbs/adjectives.
> 水滾起來了。
The water started to boil.

這學期的課都上完了，我這幾天坐在宿舍裏無聊地發呆。我下禮拜只要考完兩個期末考就能放暑假了。

目前上好像夏天回去什麼什麼離我家很近的小建築公司做工，可是因為他們還沒回我email，我還不太確定。我最討厭這種不回話的人。我已經吹了他們快要一個月了，我能忍受沒被接受的情況，但通知一下就是最基本的禮貌，做了也不會死吧。

哇，怎麽這麽晚才吃午飯呢？如果你住在美國的西部的話那我就明白，可是因爲我是住在美國的東部覺得有點怪。


我今天沒做午飯，因爲我跟一些朋友一起去吃鐵板燒。我們這裡附近的日本料理的餐廳是算不太多的，所以每次去都是去一樣的地方，吃同樣的東西。太無聊了吧 xD

當然喜歡啊！我有一次從一家韓國店買一塊大塊的新鮮生鮪魚肉，加上一些醬油和山葵就能直接吃下去了。想了都流口水了。你今天吃了什麽東西呢？
