AFAICT, you have a singular subject in both of these sentences, so I'm fairly sure the correct form of the verb would be
lea (
leat being the corresponding plural form). Also, at least
Wikipedia gives the Sami form simply as
Reykjavík.

I
think that should be just
ollu sánit, but I could be badly wrong here.

Still, I don't think I've ever seen the form
ollut anywhere, and even if
ollu does have a plural form, I'd expect it to be in the weak grade (i.e.
olut). Also, I'm not sure if
suopma can be used as the name of the language; I've always seen
suomagiella (and that is at least what the
Giellatekno dictionary gives).

Possibly a typo, but there probably shouldn't be diphthong monophthongization in the form
oahpaheaddjin here. And isn't
gii (:
geas) usually used just when referring to people?
Now, I'm a bit rusty, in addition to which my better dictionary is currently in Helsinki while I myself am in Tartu, so I couldn't check all the word meanings and forms as well as I might've liked to... So my notes here might be worth taking with a little grain of salt. Hope this helps a bit, though.
