@rickardspaghetti, it's translated as
Department of Radiology
INFORMATION FOR ABDOMINAL
ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION
(KIDNEYS, LIVER, PANCREAS, GALL BLADDER, SPLEEN)

Ultrasound employs high-frequency sound waves to examine the internal structures of your body. It is similar to “SONAR” where sound waves allow ships to look at the ocean’s bottom. The examination is not painful. After more than 25 years of routine use, ultrasound has not been shown to cause harm to adults or unborn children.

To examine your abdominal organs, it is desirable that as little gas as possible be present in your bowel. To help accomplish this, please:

1. Stop chewing gum for two days prior to the examination.
2. No carbonated beverage for two days prior to the examination.
3. No cigarettes on the day of the examination.
4. Have nothing to eat or drink, except water, black coffee, or tea (no sugar or cream) for 12 hours prior to the examination.
You examination is scheduled for:
_________________ at _____________________ a.m./p.m.
Date Time
PLEASE BE ON TIME!!! Call __________________________, if you are going
(Phone No.)
to be late or need to reschedule your appointment or have any questions.
Thank you
I got it from a pdf found here http://ethnomed.org/patient-education/t ... o.pdf/view

So... I don't know if there is any writing convention for tis language. So if you guess close I'll give it to you. Accents indicate tones - high, low, rising and falling.

Kom has only voiceless bilabial trill, and only 3 tones. This languages has 4 and a voiced bilabial trill. ;)

Wari' has only voiceless dental bilabially trilled affricate and /i y e ø o a/. This language has (at least) [ə ɑ ɨ u i ɔ ʊ ɛ] and and a voiced bilabial trill. :)

(P.S. having /i y e ø o a/ for a vowel inventory does not technically exclude having a sample with [ə ɑ ɨ u i ɔ ʊ ɛ] as vowels, it would merely be a case of really weird allophony)

I think it's probably just Ngwe, but I gotta guess something right? Mines about as sensible a guess as Wari' ;-) .

However, since my guess is faulty, I'll give it another half assed go:

Kele?

I know that can't be right since I remember reading the only Austronesian languages with tones are found along the shore of south east asia.

Titan?

Meh.... I'm guessing we've all been beat by Leto. Only thing we can do now is sit and wait for Ossicone to come and confirm it.

I hope it'll be difficult enough:

Uojče naš, kery ježeś w ńybje,
bydź pośwjyncůne mjano Twoje.
Přińdź krůlestwo Twoje,
bydź wola Twoja,
jako we ńybje, tak tyž na źymji.
Chlyb naš každodźynny dej nům dźiśej.
A uodpuść nům naše winy,
kej a my uodpuščůmy našym wińńikům.
A ńy wůdź nas na pokušyńy,
nale zbow nas uode zuygo.
